Sam and Harry are playing one day. On the first hole, Sam hits a wicked slice into the adjoining fairway. The ball hits another player right between the eyes and he drops to the ground.

Sam and Harry rush over to the prostrate man and find him unconscious with the ball laying on the ground between his legs.

Sam screams, "Oh my God, what should I do?"

Harry replies; "Don't move him. If you leave him there he becomes an immovable obstruction and, according to the rules, you are allowed a drop two club-lengths away."

The Moscow City Golf Club (MCGC) was founded on September, 15 1987 by a well-known Swedish hockey-player, ex-world champion  Sven Johansson, known as Sven Tumba.

Every season thousands of golf fans gather here. The club has a fascinating atmosphere. that promotes playing, recreating and communicating, that makes the club a place where prosperous businessmen and golf professionals meet, their friends and members of their families.

The MCGC Members are those, who gained success: active, well-educated responsive members of the society. The Club is conveniently located - it is situated not far from the centre of Moscow.

The Moscow City Golf Club is similar to some institutions, located in the capitals of many coutries of the world.  It is a modern elegant club. Its purpose is developing international business and increasing sport relations.

Since the day of its foundation the purpose of the club was providing absolutly new and non-precedent for Moscow standards of dining, communicating and entertaining. Official lunches and recreation events take part in the main lounge of the Club and four more rooms for private meetings. The Bar and the Hall for club-members suggest more cosy conditions for pleasant relations, where  club-members may enjoy the company of their friends and partners. It is of paramount importance that the quality of service in the Club is superb.

The Moscow City Golf Club is a club for the people of business. Each club member has opportunity to gain access to the International membershhip and to receive relevant privileges, being in the other country in the club, that is included in to the International Association of the Clubs.
