Events

The Moscow City Golf Club is available for housing and organization of conferences, business meetings, corporate and subject evenings together with private parties, as well as anniversaries, weddings, birthday parties, and calendar holidays.

The Club is neatly placed inside the spectacular scenery of Vorobievy Gory park area. Vast territory taken up by the club has it’s own lake, not to mention the magnificent view of the Trinity Temple that makes time spent there become an unforgettably tranquil moment of fresh air and harmony with nature. This is one of the only locations in the center of the capital, where you can truly enjoy all the benefits of country - side relaxation.

The ideal place for conducting conferences and business meetings is the MGGC conference hall, which is designed to accommodate up to 20 participants and is located on the first floor of the Club’s House. The library along with the cigar room, are ideally suited for private negotiations and friendly conversations (up to 6 people).

The Club’s restaurant is the perfect choice for carrying out all sorts of celebrations accompanied by feasts. Obviously the restaurant’s affiliation with the Golf Club means the visitors of the restaurant are not random people at all. This of course doesn’t imply that it won’t be interesting for non-golfers to plunge into the restaurant’s atmosphere.

The restaurant’s complex consists of the halls: “Rotunda” and “Gourmet”, located on the ground floor of the Club’s house, and the summer terrace.

Technical characteristics of the premises

The restaurant’s cuisine (European ,Russian ,Scandinavian) is designed to satisfy even the most demanding epicure. The Chef is truly a virtuoso of high cuisine, as a winner of many prestige international awards, he offers a selection of exquisite dishes to the guests- the makings of his culinary endeavor.

For every event preparation there is a development of an individual scenario available accompanied by the organization of an entertainment program with the participation of the leading presenters of Moscow, famous singers, musicians and animators. Fire works, fire show, amusements and contests for children are available for your holiday’s celebration. The halls can be decorated with flowers, garlands, balloons, ribbons, and any other type of design to emphasize the theme of the ongoing event.

Any of the events can be complemented by sports activities, and the golf clinic (opened golf lesson) takes up a special place among them. The golf lesson is available at any time during the year, and up to 50 people can take part in this event, which offers ten platforms on the driving range and all the necessary equipment for the participants. At the opening of the lesson two instructors give out a tutorial, which includes a full introduction to the game of golf and its rules, the game’s etiquette and the variety of the golf clubs etc. After the tutorial all the eager participants can pick up the golf clubs and practice some real golf. A mini-championship to determine the Longest drive (on the driving range) or the Closest to the Pin contest (either on the putting green or on the skating rink in winter) can be held in the context of the golf clinic.

The kids can enjoy a donkey or a camel ride on the Club’s grounds. A Chukotski chum with real deer’s grazing around it was constructed especially for the guests, while an elephant welcomed the models before their promenade! In the winter time, if the weather is suitable, events can be complemented by ice stock, snow golf and snow soccer. A splendid ice skating rink is usually established just underneath the restaurant’s windows, and there is all the necessary equipment, needed for a golf game on ice or a golf clinic session, available for hire. A ski track runs through the field, so all requirements are met for having a simple cross-country run or even for setting up a little competition.
